How It Works

Water. Standard equipment.
A road that holds.

Build A Road® is engineered for the field. No heating. No specialty crews. No exotic equipment. Five clean steps from concentrate to stabilized surface.

STEP 01

Assess & Specify

Build A Road® technicians review road dimensions, traffic load, aggregate type, and climate to engineer an application rate.

STEP 02

Prep the Surface

Existing surface is graded and shaped to specification. No specialty reclaimers or heating equipment required.

STEP 03

Dilute

Mix concentrate with water at the specified ratio — typically 1:3. One 255-gal concentrate tote yields four application totes.

STEP 04

Distribute

Apply with a standard water truck or distributor. The formula penetrates and binds aggregates into a stabilized matrix.

STEP 05

Compact & Open

Compact to specification. Most projects open to traffic the same day, with full performance developing as the binder sets.

Dilution Economics

1 concentrated tote.
4 application totes.

The concentrated formula collapses freight, storage, and handling costs by 4×. For large infrastructure programs, that compounds into significant logistics savings — and a smaller carbon footprint per mile treated.
